Style: Country
Designer's Notes
:

The sitting area for a French country kitchen was embellished with a handpainted grandfather clock and original custom draperies. The elaborate combination of French fabrics and trim on the window treatments frames the exterior view from the windows. The cushioned bench seating allows for usable space as well as artistic detail.

Style: Eclectic
Designer's Notes:
Integrating a mix of classic and modern gives an aura of adventure and discovery to this vintage modern living space. The designer mixed classic design elements--wall moldings, dark wood floors and crystal lighting--with modern furniture to create a defined style. An array of textures, materials, fabrics and furnishings from a variety of eras and resources glamorized this living area
Style: Transitional
Designer's Notes:

This living space is the epitome of European opulence in a home that boasts audacious color. The seating was imported from Milan to complement the antique carpet and carved fireplace. The Fortuny chandelier, wall sconces and candelabra provide ambient lighting along with the natural light from the expansive windows and roaring fireplace. The hand-carved mirror and custom designed artwork adds to the room's one-of-kind decor.

Style: Romantic
Designer's Notes
For a woman's bathroom, the designer used a Venetian hand-carved gold leaf mirror, three shades of pink glass tiles, crystal sconces and a claw foot tub. A crystal chandelier and sheer draperies on hand-forged iron rods complete the playfulness of the space.

Style: Romantic
Designer's Notes:
A glorious pink bathroom was created for a woman with playfulness in her heart. By incorporating a Venetian hand-carved gold leaf mirror, crystal sconces, three shades of pink glass tiles, sheer drapes on a hand-forged iron rod and custom cupid artwork, a sophisticated yet girlie look was created.

Style: Transitional
Designer's Notes

This elegant living room was achieved by great attention to detail. From the vintage fabric on the pillows, custom artwork designed for the space, one-of-a-kind chairs and hand-carved furniture and lacquered white screen, sophistication and glamour exudes from the space. Photograph by Roy Quesada.

Style: Eclectic
Designer's Notes:

Inspired by '50s Palm Beach style, a sunny mood dominates this Florida living room. The designer built the look around a glamorous citrus color palette with black accents. By using green stylized-print upholstery on faux bamboo chairs and a splash of white to accentuate the zebra print, a cheerful yet sophisticated look was achieved. Photograph by Roy Quesada.

Style: Modern
Designer's Notes
This vignette in a modern Florida home showcases a sideboard of crocodile and white leather that has been creatively paired with tropical artwork and a tangerine carpet. It is flanked by classical marble-based table lamps that the designer topped with citrus lampshades, which add balance in the room with the soft citrus hue used on the walls. Style: Transitional
Designer's Notes:

This vignette showcases classic modern design using a freshly upholstered antique chair in a tangerine hue that is accented by framed coral artwork. The space is enhanced by a modern hand-blown turquoise vase and soft blue walls, which were inspired by the beautiful Floridian water near which the home resides
.

Style: Transitional
Designer's Notes:

This living space in a summer lake home showcases a new twist on the "up north" lodge look. Custom elaborate draperies with imported trim are tied on handpainted medallions to frame the beautiful view of the lakeside. Ample use of European fabrics in multiple seating areas and well-chosen accessories provide character to family lake living.

Style: Transitional
Designer's Notes:
Careful consideration was taken so that the organic lines of the furniture complemented the colorful European fabric combinations and the custom pleated draperies, which feature imported Italian trim. Unique accessories and a Tibetan handmade rug add a bit of humor and playfulness to this relaxing lake home living area.

And last but not least . . .

Style: Country
Designer's Notes
:
This country home was completed with a stone fireplace that sets the tone of the room. The sophisticated design showcases a classy combination of textures including animal hide, leather, faux fur and tapestries. The custom draperies are silk linen with contrast silk banding and tassel trim on hand-forged iron rods. The designer calls this look opulent western!
