Country Kitchens

Love country style kitchens?
Well I sure do, and I just have to tell you about this book I ordered on Borders.com. It's called Country Kitchens by Jocasta Innes, and its a WONDERFUL book!! It has some awesome pictures of beautiful country style kitchens and gives you lots of advice on creating your own unique country kitchen. So if your looking to make your kitchen a country kitchen, or just love the country style, like I do, then you should definitely check out this 180 page colorful book! (since they won't tell you that online) and if thats not good enough they also have country food recipes in the back of the book!!! I can't wait to try and make some of the yummy looking soup recipes they have!!

get it at Borders for only $12.98!!

Anyway, enough ranting and raving, this book has made me realize how much I love French Country style rooms,
So heres a few of my favorite things...

How gorgeous is this La Toscana Iron Handled Vessel? It's from Accents of Salado for $95.00

French Country Kitchen tile back splash from the Linda Paul Studio

Country style kitchen by designer Barbi Krass (featured in HGTV's designer portfolio)

WmOhs Country Kitchen ..(LOVE the blue and gray looking cabinets and counter top)

How could you not love this blue country powder room by designers Kathy Hoffman and Susan Fredman, it's featured in HGTV's designer portfolio. Check out the designer notes:
Exemplifying mountain chic, this powder room features a hammered copper basin on a custom wood vanity. The plumbing fixtures are mounted through the large mirror, which is finished with a rustic wood frame. A handpainted shelf and light fixture brighten the room. Photo by Dick Springate.

And of course these two beauties designed by Shelly Riehl David that I also posted earlier.
(Check out more of her stuff here)

Paris Fair clock by Pierre Deux for $235.00
